How to order?

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your delivery on the courier's website. You can also view your order status and tracking information by logging into your account (if you have one) on our website.
How long will it take to get my package?

What if my package is being returned to Wearcog?
If your package has made a U-turn, don't worry! Orders may be returned for a variety of reasons (an incomplete address, failed delivery attempt, unpaid duties, etc.). Whatever the reason may be, we can address the issue once your package has arrived at our warehouse.
We are currently not offering reshipments for returned packages, so a refund will be issued to you once your package has been delivered to our warehouse. Please note original shipping costs will not be refunded.
